Bayern Munich finally announced new goalkeeper, Daniel Peretz, this week. The 23-year-old was signed for €5 million plus the usual add-ons from Israeli side Maccabi Tel Aviv. At first glance, this is a very unorthodox transfer. At second glance, this will be the sort of deal that Bayern fans might have to get used to once new sporting director Christoph Freund officially gets started on September 1.
