Pro: Cristiano Ronaldo to Bayern would be a good thing
The best argument for Cristiano Ronaldo joining Bayern Munich would be marketing. The 37-year-old remains a big brand in world football and is one of the two best players produced of his generation—the other one obviously being Lionel Messi. Signing Ronaldo would also give the Bundesliga a significant boost in terms of global marketing as well, especially after the league lost Robert Lewandowski and Erling Haaland in quick succession.
On the field, Bayern and the Bundesliga would add a player, although he is nearing the twilight of his career, who still managed 18 goals in 30 Premier League games last season and 29 goals in 33 Serie A games the season before. Not quite Haaland or Lewandowski numbers, but one would suspect that Ronaldo would score around 20 Bundesliga goals playing for Bayern.
